Instructions:
Construct a 1 ½" circle in the middle of the figure. (Radius ¾") This is the drafting circle and will determine the width of the rays. (*See below!

* A general rule is to start with a circle that is approximately ¼ the diameter of the outer circle. A small circle will produce thin rays, a larger fat rays. Remember accuracy in pencil marks and using your tools produces the best finished product. Use light pencil strokes too, some will need to be erased later.
